Travelling from Malaysia to Canada, Jason began his apprenticeship under the wing of Steve Mackinnon in the summer of 2009. His love for the world of art became his obsession shortly after his first tattoo experience. With his extensive background as an illustrative artist and designer as well as his strict eye for detail, Jason pays tribute to the skin with every carefully placed stroke. Geometrical, Portraits, Bushido and Traditional Japanese Art are some of his specialties. Jason incorporates dynamics and perspectives not usually introduced in this style, while maintaining and upholding the honour of symbolism and tradition.
